Okay, I know I'm nitpicking but I can't resist, What warrants MC to rant like he won against Onix? Like seriously?, He literally won against an unevolved low-level pokemon with a lack of proper training. Aren't Gym Battles supposed to test by Gym Leaders to judge their survivability? and to give the trainers badge based on their performance? Isn't it completely normal for Brock, who is the first badge giver in both games and anime to send weaker pokemon so that normal trainers have a little chance in obtaining the badge? Am I missing something?
