I mean in theory muscle memory in a world of chakra might develop through the use of shadow clones. but it would be more of a phantom memory in a similar being to how people still "move" their limbs after losing them. Chakra is physical spiritual afterall. Nonetheless the actual body still should be focusing on physical strength training

Why was he here? To take a flight to Russia of course. Cross-country Apparition is not something he's too keen on attempting when he's recently learnt to apparate. The required degree of proficiency increases with the increase in distance.
