So far I like the book, but…. This training is one of the dumbest things I’ve read in a while. It make zero sense to spend so many points to just scare off and/or kill off your army in order to train them. The only reason this will work is because of plot armor.

Well good luck with your novel author. I don’t know what it it is about “pretend to be weak/pathetic” MCs that just drive me crazy and this one is pretty bad. There is a big difference between hiding your strength and pretending to be weak. Being too strong and being too weak both attract the same thing…Trouble. It’s all about being the “gray” man.

Hmm, I wonder why…..

This is the only thing she has done that I like. Personally, I dont know if I am the only one but I have this weird nasty feeling when I’m reading from her POV. It’s like I’m watching the MC about to get cheated on or I’m watching a teenager who doesn’t realize she is about to be abused and I want to throw the phone across the room as she gets closer and closer to either of these things happening.

Just curious. Will he continue to improve everyone but himself and hide behind them like he is currently doing? I can see his “lazy” nature in what he is doing but I’m just trying to figure out what to expect.
