How do I vote using Energy Stones? I am so sorry to ask but I truly don't know

I personally had some trouble getting past the first chapter, but after getting through it, I actually like the flow of the story. It seems like it's going to have some wonderful character development. So all in all it's pretty good.

Very interesting start up. I can just imagine almost every detail. I really like it so far and I wonder how Ray is going to rule the world.
