also I think another thing is I don't insert myself in as the MC, it's more of me reading another person's life from the outside. so if something happens then it's "what would they do" and not "what would I do" so that changes how I react as well.

yeah I'd have to agree with you, I mostly said because alot of the stuff I read people end up complaining about the MC if they do anything nice or take any shit from a girl. I also understand that he was hurt so they shouldn't have hit him which was something that annoyed me as well but I got annoyed with the comments people post about it more than that.
