The final arthropod I found that had interesting possibility to me was the mantis shrimp. Having bullet fast speed with their claws? Hands? Pincers? I wasn't clear on what they would be called, but nonetheless it was neat. This was written down less because it was need something I wanted to induce within my quirk and more related to me thinking I could reproduce it. Maybe, it would be difficult and I was sure it wouldn't be as fast. However I think I could create a scenario where I could punch near that fast.
