I would have preferred Caelus since he’s my main, but I think this works better since it balances out the male to female ratio in the express.

It’s a university, you transfer at the first day of class as everyone else. This is not a high school, where you can transfer mid semester. There’s no need for professors to inform other new students about another new student in class.
