Yup, it's basically a level up for all Bearers (Both Avatars and Incarnates) Except there's a potential limit. Some stop at Adept and Master, very few arrive at Attuned and even fewer enter Utopian. And yes, they are able to unlock multiple powers (Influences) as they develop. Obsidian is a God so he most likely won't have a domain (Expanded Realm) but I don't want to spoil it for you (*﹏*;). Maybe he will, he has big plans.

But even with the light, the decorations were truly an eerie wonder. The corridors revealed themselves with a light that casted unsettling shadows dancing strangely on the walls.
