Think about the Sharingan but like 1000x times better. It allows Fusaē to copy any move perfectly with only seeing it once and she could morph her biology to match said techniques as well.

"How can she be so rude? I wanted to have a nice civil conversation, hmph!" The blonde-haired woman crossed her arms and pouted as she watched Fusaē through a giant screen. The blonde-haired woman had blue eyes that glowed bright enough to twinkle like a star, her voluptuous figure could put the most beautiful woman in existence to shame, and her as previously mentioned blonde hair was so radiant that the Sun would be considered dim next to it.
