I think this is pretty good. You're right to admit your grammar needs to be corrected, but it's really pretty interesting. Keep up with this. Trust me, I can relate with what you've written so far. I, myself, had to deal with similar issues when I was growing up, so I see a bit of me in this. You're doing a pretty good job. The only thing that bothers me is the grammar. It irks me to see little things like typos, missing commas, apostrophes, and other errors. That's how I feel with everything I read, so please don't feel offended. I was an English Major in college and I have always been an avid reader. I hate to admit it, but my own spelling has been sliding lately.
