hmm probably too late and idk if its intended but the way aria and nyx are written make them come off as really manipulative. saw this mainly with nyx when she was pushing him to start killing again, embracing his "shadows". while i do say this, i guess it sort of makes sense for the mom cuz she kinda being influenced by the scent and nyx maybe bc of her demonic nature, but i think they needed a lot more gradual build up to flip that big of a switch. nyx went from shy to stern in a second and i was puzzled by it, then Arthur made no real attempt to push back against her suggestions to go back to killing and it didnt rly make sense to me as he was written to be embracing the "happy" life which painted him to be more adverse to the idea but that wasnt seen. i think it would have maybe been better for an argument or something that exposed more of nyx's demonic side and created sum doubt in arthurs mind abt his views only to then have her push the "reality" onto him like she did. With aria idk how to explain it, it was more of a vibe LOL
