First of, being a saint doesn't mean being on the level of a true demon lord, being a true hero does that to you, even though most saints have atleast one ultimate skills, but his four Unique skill combined would already be op and possibly able to defeat somebody with a really weak ultimate skill. Second of all, it wasn't OG MC who handed it to Guy it was another version of him, that was already at Rimuru awakening arc. Last but not least It was never really said who can and who can't move in frozen time so I just decided on letting everybody with a really special titel or powr move in frozen time e.g. Primordial demons, seraphim, true heroes, true demon lords, really strong demon lord seeds, Still thanks for reading my FF.

Ok, I didn't know that was a thing, so just imagine an Empire of Mankind at it's peak, without the things that could affect creatures without any physical bodies, except the MC's time tech(+ Hell reactor sounds a lot like something connected to the warp, so in that case it wouldn't really function, due to MC's world having no warp but I could be wrong because I've never heard about that thing)
Btw If you're asking yourselves how op Ray's former civilization was then just imagine WH40K Imperium without the warp and Wah powers and without genetic emperor advancements, and as a Republic instead of an Empire. - ThePepperMan2yrReplied to Azathoth_PlotGod
Yeah but I but I meant the empire in it's prime, you know with weapons that could destroy even the god emperor ans stuff

I could day that he needed training in using his skill but I'll be honest, I made my story board and needed him to become somebody seen as strong among demon lords for something in the future and I just decided to go wizh the ancient demon lord thingy instead of some other BS all in all yes it could've been avoided but I just decided to go with the flow
