I think it's called Stockholm syndrome, but it'a not the case here ,later on- Cedric will open up to Rain and you'll learn the reason behind his actions.
Cedric let go and took two steps back, I snapped out of my daze and looked at Cyprus who was shocked, he looked like he'd seen a ghost or something. When he looked at me, I felt my face flush red and I looked down, Cedeic's next question made me look at him "how are you feeling? Does it hurt anywhere?" I sighed and cleared my throat "it hurts here on my right side, I pointed towards the wound, Cedric's face spoke guilty, then he looked at Cyprus "what did the healer say?" Cyprus, who looked lost in thought blinked twice "what?" Cedeic frowned "I asked you about what the healer said about Rain's injury", Cyprus rubbed his face "oh, about that he said that the injury was minor-luckily your claw punctured slightly through the skin, no vital organs or soft tissue were damaged". Cedric nodded and released a relieved sigh, Cyprus continued "the healer had her wound cleaned and stitched while she was passed out, he said it will take a while to heal completely, the stitches will melt away and there will be a permanent scar". He looked at me as he said that and I nodded, I hated the fact that I will be having a scar on me but the fact that it was caused by Cedric made me feel almost proud, as if I wanted it to be there from the beginning, I closed my eyes and shook my head -the hell.am I thinking? - Sabreen_Hassan_48012yrCommentedCh 19 Chapter 19

compared to werewolves- super tiny😄
As I look intently into his eyes, I notice that they are truly human eyes- slightly bigger than mine but they are beautiful. Bright yellow with dark green on the edges- his pupils widen as he seems to study my eyes as well, my eyes are hazel, and my hair always seems to have it's own opinion- one day it's wavy and the other it's curly, some days it's just a mess.. I can't concentrate now that I notice how huge this werewolf's form is as I look straight ahead again- my vision is blocked by it's huge shoulder- and I realize that he's almost leaning down on his hands- or paws- in order to reach my height. I must say that I am not short- I stand at 1.71 cm- but this guy makes me feel like a dwarf, I'm curious what he looks like when he's in human form. - Sabreen_Hassan_48012yrReplied to storygirl

Apparently I had cried myself to sleep- I guess it was ok, but then I realized that I am sleeping on a bench..in the park, and it was night- eerie silence and darkness surrounded me. I slowly began to set up , I raised my hand to my head- it was throbbing because of all the sobbing and crying that I did before. I needed to get home- but then just as I stood, I heard a twig snap behind me- I froze, thinking that maybe it was just a stray cat or it was just my imagination, but when I moved again I heard another twig snap, I turned around just in time to see a werewolf standing right in front of me- I was surprised and stunned by it's huge form- these days werewolves were not a legend anymore- scientific researches that indicated secret underground experiments that focused on mixing human genes with other living creatures' genes in order to produce new species- for God knows what reason. The location of these labs turned out to be on remote islands far from the country, and the location was chosen so that if one of the "specimens" was a failure it would be demolished and thrown into the depths of the ocean. - Sabreen_Hassan_48012yrReplied to storygirlCh 1 Chapter 1

hello storygirl, first of all -thank you for your time, I really appreciate it that you are reading my novel and commenting about it , Rain is a very sensitive girl and follows her emotions, the reason she followed Cedric is because she was worried about Zevrus and wanted him to come back.
