Also, if you didn't know, Vino is able to talk to the previous owner of the body, also known as Frags. This is due to the ability Frags has.

For those who are confused, Vino is telling Frags to start working out so he can feel the progress in the present. Vino will exercise also to double the efficiency. The reason this works is simple. The timeline is destined for Vino to take control, so there is nothing that will change that.

Yes, its complex but has something to do with the memory's abilities.

I give it 5 stars now, not because it is perfect, but because I do see a vision (and it is almost perfect anyway). It has intricate, yet fast paced storytelling, and I do like the overall novel; if anyone is interested, I suggest putting it in your library! If you like novels like Dimensional Descent or Shadow Slave, its a must read!
