First of all, thanks for your review. But the main reason it's a 12-year time skip is because I haven't been able to develop what I can do with Baby Naruto. It's up to you to read or not, though, because this is fanfiction and I'm setting the course for this story.

Also, since he's been in that world for so long, he's putting himself more in Naruto's shoes and starting to act like him. As much as he doesn't want to, his personality is shifting in that direction.

Right now his Chakra is at its lowest level, but no one is manipulating it. The main character already knows what's going to happen in Naruto, so he knows everything. But, as long as it doesn't just change the future.
