The change is that 1pm to 5pm there was fist fight exercise but from now we have many others exercises in that time, the all exercises are 1pm to 2pm we have running exercise, a simple 5KM run, then 2pm to 4pm we have to jump on the rocks witch will make our legs strong. After that 4pm to 5pm we have cactus throw exercise, a practice witch will make our dodging good and even it will make our strength to bare pain will dobule. It's to exercise where a person will throw a small peace of cactus on us and we have to try to dodge it and if we fail to dodge it obviously it will hit us and we have to bare the pain and if we do that daily our strength to bare the pain will increase a lot"
