cliffhangers are good to keep readers hooked to the story, but not always. Sometime they ruin the storyline especially when chapters are so short and updates so infrequent.

The story is going good but will the king of kingdom ever sit back and rule? i mean most of the story we are seeing him outside of his kingdom, when there's enemy encroaching from south and noth and now some are from east too. Can to see some diplomacy, bureaucracy, administration, economic advancement, military expedition too?

the author is a simp with humiliation kink probably. and he his expressing himself through his stories, all pomp but no action...

I just have one simple question. Why would Jon accept being called a lord? I mean he is King. Not of Westeros but of Artic but a King still. His designation demands that. You dont call a Prince or King a lord. Thats like breaking all kinds of rules of etiquette and a grave insult to the foreign monarch.

A very good update after a long wait. On that note, I can clearly see that you have a very busy schedule hence you cant work on it frequently, might suggest handing this project over to some other competent writer who this fanfic writing as their fulltime job. I would hate to forget the context of the story after waiting for another 2 or 3 months for update and then have to read from the start to understand it.

Thanks for the chapter Mr. Author. I dont know about others but The Story is now coming to a phase where I would like to see rate of update increased a bit. It has had me hooked.

So, lot of reader are getting freaked out with this paragraph but I can their cultural difference. Here in parts of asia particularly India every Elder girl is referred as Big sister and Elder guy as Big Brother and it really is not weird handing some toffees/candies/lolipops to kids. Its a simple gesture which elders do to kids to make them happy and that brings smile on their faces as well. Its a special feeling of accomplishment by having a contribution in making a child's day a brighter.
