No, every male is an F-rank, I think I explained it further in the chapter, but these two were the attendants of Areata and the other girl. As for why Eros didn't know about them prior to joining the class, that revolves around how he grew up in a singular room.

It quite literally isn't. If he were to reveal his ability, which is from a god, something unseen before by a male, he would just be contained and treated like a threat or put to death. Plus he doesn't even know what being an apostle is so he'd rather hide it until he has proper knowledge.

The door was monolithic in nature, requiring every ounce of force the teen could muster just to crack it at the seams, yet, it was a feat he still managed to accomplish, for although draining, Eros had managed to free himself through the crevice he pried at which point he was greeted with the most conceited form superciliousness his mind could conjure, a hall decorated in the most pointlessly grandiose manner possible. With drab stone arched ceilings akin to that of a church, it lay gaudily adorned with masonry of gold; never happy with sporting but one trope, it had to be a whole cathedral in a corridor, multicoloured light stained the polished Bocote wood floor, dying it in its holy hue, for the source of such kaleidoscopic radiance originated from the ostentatious stained windows that sporadically clad the sides of such structure. - Fyniccus1yrPosted
Author's five-star review. If you like mythology and folklore, then look no further. Though this novel is in the early stages of development, you can expect an expansive world with numerous power systems, from apostles bearing the power of gods to saints holding such blessings to espers, along with a gigantic overarching plot.
