I think the only participants in the 4th Great Ninja War was 80,000 ( it was stated in the anime) with all of them being Chunnin and above. Also there had to be some senior ninjas in the villages too for protection. So in my estimates there should be about 25k chunin and above level forces in each village on average.

Looks very promising and Yagura was a character I always found very fascinating. I wonder how this develops. Anyways, Whats the Chinese raw for this ?
