Tunic019hCommentedWhy not just make a big shield that covers his entire body? as long as he throws it hard enough, I doubt he would be close enough for the explosion to hit him directly, the Shockwave and debris could be tanked by a shield that can withstand the force of 2k+ pounds hit. Meaning even a bullet can't penetrate it, little lone some rocks from an explosion.
Why pray, and not run away? Well, if he was to use the super exploding big sword, he would have no chance to run at all. He might be able to run if he were to throw it down a cliff, but running away would be impossible if he used it on flat ground.- Tunic0122hCommented

I know I'm 4 years late, but this is for future readers ig. His name is Bennett, and his title is Knight. It's like using doctor before someone's name. And since I don't think people had last names in the book. It's a way to tell people who have the same names apart.

Lumber was worth almost nothing in this world. Apart from some of very rare species, anyone with an ax could get some wood from the forest. Speaking of which, the Bennet Family owned all the trees within a hundred-mile radius from the castle.
