Author here with shameless five. Although this is eastern fantasy, the action scenes are delayed for obvious reasons. The antagonists will also take a while to show themselves and their potential. The MC will develop slowly, so make sure you're down for these aspects before you start investing in the story! You can expect slight horror, lots of toxic romance, betrayals, tragedy, mystery, crime, law, side characters' stories, lots of inspiration from Chinese culture, and 500+ chapters. You shouldn't expect 18+ stuff or harem. Original ending is crazy, so please drop your feedback regularly. Your feedback might change the ending and stop my evil self from making a sad ending lol. Hello readers, a reading scout here. This is certainly a good read, writing quality is good with no punctuation errors and good paragraphing. Story development is smooth and pacing is what keeps me reading. Characters are well fleshed out but need more depth and I'm sure they'll get more in the future as the story progresses. As for the world background it is still too early to tell so I'll let the time do the deed. A very good read indeed, give it a try. Cheers!
