Sadly for Strange, it was already too late. Ashburn had activated [Monarch Domain], and instantly, the higher dimensions Strange relied on for power were cut off, like doors slamming shut one by one.

Either way, I asked Scrafty if I could take a closer look at the Black Onyx, and after receiving permission to do so I took it into my hands. I inspected it for a few moments, before I turned slightly, blocking Scrafty's vision for a moment, while I transferred the Black Onyx to Utopia, where it was analyzed. Once I got the notice that Utopia could now produce Black Onyx on its own, I brought the one belonging to Scrafty and his group back out and placed it back after once more thanking Scrafty for allowing me to inspect it.

its's a classic
This would allow them to teach a considerable population and ensure that Secret Power could be passed down in the future. This part not only applied to the released Pokemon scenarios but also to the ones where the ranger(s) or a passing trainer taught them the move. I caught that I ended up digressing again, so I stopped letting my thoughts wander and considered how to go past the wall section of the secret base.

Don't forget the ghost army
I had Mothra/Butterfree flex her power for a moment to remind Lunatone that we were not chopped liver either, but Lunatone still insisted that it was too dangerous because there was more than just one Pokemon as strong as Mothra living in that area, so I had Thor/Raichu and Nyx/Umbreon join in. Just to make a point, I told Lunatone that we still had quite a few more friends who were just as strong, and that finally seemed to convince/calm Lunatone.
