this is terrible, it has such a great concept but is completely ruined byā¦ everything. The mc is forced to be a contracted monster to a noble girl, he had no choice in it but never thought it was odd? he then doesnāt question a thing she asks and is like a fucking docile puppy? i donāt understand the point in making a MONSTER mc, NOTHUMAN!! ruined the whole thing

As my sister finished speak I was about to respond when I felt a soft tickle on, something... I turned back to look and what I saw shocked me. Two sets of wings adorned my back, one a complete gold and white mixture the most holy wings you would expect from an angel... The other was pitch black with specks of crimson along the edges. The white wings sat just above the pitch black ones, the wings twitching and slightly flapping every time I willed them to move. **SOME SPOILERS BELOW BEWARE^**ā ļø Honestly itās a great book, some issues here and there but I had to drop it at chapter 200. The main character and thena have a child, a boy, which becomes the new Mc. Which then just focuses on drama and gwen, his love interest. The main character pluto became too human for my liking, which is not surprising as the chapters progres thereās not much action, mainly drama, timeline progression and slice of life. He had a lot of potential to become stronger and actually focus on defeating the celestial, yet his character development and progression stops there, which is extremely unfortunate because it wouldāve been more entertaining seeing him interact with the current timeline heroās. So, overall this was a pretty disappointing read considering how far I got but anything before chapter 120 was a good read I suppose š¤·āāļø

and I think I know what I'm going to do with this book now. at first, I was just going for the typical op mc, face-slapping, edgelord fanfic that is rampant in this site, but now... I'm thinking about a more tone-down version, where the MC learns what it means to be human again, as compared to his long life now, he's only human for like... 20 years or so... I mean, we don't even remember shit that happens when we were a toddler, let alone this... - IzIm5mthPosted
The concept of my two favorite things, tower climbing with an op non-human mc, yet it somehow got ruined in every way. The dialogue is so cringe i think it did genuine physical damage. The way the Mc talks is unnecessary and the use of fancy words is repetitive and consumes most of the chapters. While the plot is bland and goes in one direction, thereās barley anything known about the Mc even though heās immortal, you think thereād be some background right? but nope, same goes for side characters or relations, a robotic story with no real progression. So overall, iāve gained permanent frown lines from the intense frowning and my hopes crushed on a waste of this true potential story design! So unless youāre an edgelord donāt read this ā ļø[img=angry]
