you literally just proved the point that someone from earth should, in fact, hold onto earthly morals, at least for some time. no, a tiger that was born and lived in the wild should not be expected to wear a suit and walk on 2 because he entered a city, the same way someone who was born and lived on earth for decades should not be expected to instantly abandon its morals in favor of a world he's been in for 5 years. am I saying this is a problem in this novel? no, because the character writing is consisten. but that is not to say that you should expect your averge joe from earth to instantly become a sexist racist slave owner because he was reborn in a world where that's the norm
