Perfect, a good use of his will; he can become twice as strong and benefits from assimilation like a Namekian. He's strong enough for Frieza to notice his potential, but not so strong as to be a threat. And if he ever becomes stronger than King Vegeta, Frieza won't kill him because he'll still have the illusion of control over him as long as he doesn't become stronger than Ginyu; otherwise, Ginyu will target him. Hmm, it would be even more interesting if Cooler tried to recruit him just to annoy Frieza.
His power level in 6 years should be higher than Dodoria's (22,000) and Zarbon's (23,000) in his base form, since Zarbon's monstrous form is 30,000. Why not higher? It's simple to avoid a quick death. Frieza likes talented individuals, just as he offered Goku the chance to take Captain Ginyu's place after realizing he was much stronger. If he became too powerful, with the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Frieza would eliminate him because too rapid a growth would be a threat to any Emperor. So, as long as he doesn't surpass the Special Forces during the 6-year period, Frieza would be safe because he would still have soldiers stronger than him: Captain Ginyu (120,000), Burter (43,000), Jeice (42,000), Recoome (40,000), Guldo (10,000). Furthermore, if he becomes too strong and Zarbon sees him as a threat, he will be eliminated quickly. Therefore, unless he defects undetected, being too powerful too soon would be a disadvantage.

I've read thousands of Dragon Ball stories across various platforms, but one thing is for sure: your Frieza is among the most complete in terms of wishes, and the worst part is that he gets all those advantages from a single wish. Meanwhile, some characters have either a system or a power from another universe or multiverse. Regarding Mackie, it's logical but too lenient. If he wants a harem or a wife, she shouldn't be useless or weak. Even Bulma, who lacks powers, compensates for the lack of money with her monstrous technological genius. This is a common mistake in many fanfics: too many harem women who, while beautiful, are literally useless.
Congratulations on the storytelling so far; however, Frieza's human appearance leaves a bad taste. If we're going by his final form, he should have chalky white skin, black sclera red irises and pupils, onyx-black fingernails and toenails, and purple hair and body hair—even the head of his penis should be purple. Why blond hair?

They could absorb the Star Village given their numbers and special chakra; they could simply transform them into the Star Clan with their techniques, creating an air force.
As for the dungeon, why not make it a trap dungeon? That is, at first the dungeon would be ordinary, but once in the boss room, they realize it's a triple dungeon—a dungeon with two others inside that sends endless waves of monsters. In the end, they find themselves stuck fighting several high-level enemies, including six mini-bosses and three bosses. I think the higher the difficulty and complexity of the dungeon, the easier it will be to explain to the reader the various powerful rewards they will obtain.
