Hey there, my name's Louis and I'm a 21-year-old aspiring writer. I'm a big Pokémon fan as well, if that username doesn't already tell you that lol.

I don't know. Depends on whether a lot of people want to see it or not.
It's been 16 years since he was even in a world with the anime readily available. He has a good memory - better than most - but he doesn't have perfect recall. Certain things are gonna be missed by him.
Or it could be that evolving in a world with Pokémon has given them certain advantages - like resistances to certain elements. It's an interesting thing to think about, actually. The differences between people in that world and our own. I know it can mainly be explained away as ''It's an anime, so they survive'' but there can be a lot of reasonings for why they can survive that can be explained in more logical, applicable ways. Such as evolution giving them sturdier bodies and the like. We'll never know exactly what the cause is but it's fun to ponder nonetheless.
I mean, he could still sprint. It would just include carrying Misty - which could be seen as training, I guess - but I get your point. Still, this is an older Misty who isn't as whiny and annoying. She's 16/17 in this fic, not 10, so there's bound to be differences. I'm gonna keep Misty's side of things off-screen for the most part unless I'm gonna use it to develop their relationship a little.
I adapted it from a series I usually play with my mates when we're not playing D&D called 'Hunter: The Vigil'. I added a load of stuff though and it isn't actually possible to make a character as OP as the MC without doing a little bit of cheating lol.
Feat-wise, it's hard to pin him because not all of his stats are 5/5 in terms of potential. Strength/Stamina-wise, he's a superhuman existence. Dexterity-wise, he's just in the border of what can be considered human but still extraordinary. Still, he can still improve like I said in this chapter; he's just hit the limit of bodyweight exercises and the like. He won't be learning Aura because it's not in Kanto and it's a bit too cultivation-y for my tastes. If he can use Aura to fight stronger Pokémon, what's the point in him even using Pokémon himself? There wouldn't be a point, and that's a problem for a Pokémon fic. He doesn't have psychic talent either. His mind can be read, yes, but it'd be pretty hard and you'd only be able to glean very basic, surface-level things because his Intelligence and Resolve are 3/5 which gives him a mild resistance to that sort of thing. His dream is to be the strongest Pokémon Master. Not just with the strongest team but literally THE strongest Pokémon Master. He also wants to see the world, the hundreds of different Pokémon he hasn't seen yet, make new friends and connections and to just experience his new life to it's fullest.
