I think this is my favorite Asoiaf/Game of Thrones fic. If this is a translation, I wouldn't even notice. The writing is excellent, the story unfolds cohesively, and the endings are reasonable and logical within the Asoiaf world. Of all the times I've read about the Targaryen family in fic, this is the best. I think it's the first and only time I've seen Aerys portrayed without him being completely insane, and his character maintains his natural traits without descending into madness—his pride in his blood, his vanity, and his eccentricity. But my favorite is Rhaegal. He's exactly the kind of protagonist I like. I love seeing how proud he is of his accomplishments and how much he loves his family, but my favorite detail is the way he does things. The MC is the most powerful man in the world, the first pyromancer in his family, a dragon rider, and he put his family back on top. Despite this, he prefers to do things diplomatically. He knows that great houses are trying to undermine his family; he could easily wipe them out, but he prefers to avoid wars and unnecessary deaths. Although I will say I don't understand your obsession with the color green. I mean, the protagonist's dragon is green, Aerys's is green, Daeron's is green, and there's also Rhaegal. Wouldn't it have been better if the protagonist were at least red? Like the dragon in his symbol?
The premise is interesting; I always like this concept. The problem is that as the story progresses, it starts to feel meh. I thought the love interest would be Rhaenys, something I've never seen before. Instead, there's Daella, a character about whom absolutely nothing is known, so for all practical purposes, she's more of an OC named Daella. The fact that they get engaged happens so casually, like a footnote. We also don't see if the MC has a reason for this or if he just felt sorry for her future. Wouldn't it have been better to arrange another marriage or make sure she was older and more suitable for pregnancy? There's too much exposition of invented magical concepts. At this point, I don't even remember if they explained it or if the MC told the family he can use magic, because the whole "I extracted Cannibal's blood power through my magic" thing was so lame, and Aemon and Baelon's reaction to a 10-year-old kid being able to do this was: Okay. I like the part about how he plans his city, his interactions with his family, and how he tries to bring modern things and customs for their health. I like that he's not the typical Chinese MC who says, "Well, if someone dies, I'll have to be the King. I'll humbly do it, don't blame me."
I propose that his son be Baelon, Prince of Winter
I honestly forgot about the whole thing about how they can now easily keep an eye on the lords. Rhaegal's actions broke the Stark-Tully-Arryn-Baratheon alliance; he's now allied with the Starks, and Robert's actions have divided the Baratheons.

I would order him to be kept under very close surveillance. Considering the wall isn't particularly far from Skagos, he's bound to do something foolish.
The problem with Arianne is that she's the firstborn of Doran, and in Dorne, the firstborn son inherits regardless of gender. If Jaehaerys marries her and becomes her consort, it will create the same problem as with Corlys Velaryon: giving other houses the opportunity to claim dragons. A law would have to be passed to prevent them from doing so. Ideally, Arianne would become Jaehaerys's consort, and he would be given Summerhall.
I have high hopes for Daeron and Lyanna. The fact that she's willing to get to know him and see what happens is very positive. Right now, she doesn't feel anything, and that's normal. It's unclear what attracts Daeron to Shaena, but it's possible it's her free spirit and her love of training—things not very common among Southern women, but more typical of Northern women. And the fact that he doesn't mind Shaena's hobbies either is already a good thing for Lyanna. Maybe they won't have a fairytale romance, but they can certainly have a respectable and conflict-free marriage.
Robert's infatuation is infatuation, not love. In his youth, he was portrayed as a tall, muscular, and handsome man. He's a womanizer, and not many women, commoners or nobles, would reject a noble heir to a great house with those qualities. Lyanna likely never paid him any attention, which is why Robert is obsessed with her and believes it's love. Even in the series, they made this clear when he and Ned were in the crypt; Robert described her as "the only thing I ever wanted," referring to her as an object.
Well, the Ultimate Mode works by placing the DNA in a simulation where the species faces a terrible scenario; the evolved form would be the creature that adapted and survived. If the Omnitrix is capable of transforming the user with DNA altered by an evolution simulation, it's not impossible that it could portray a situation where its aliens are influenced by gamma energy and manage to transform. Even so, that would have to be added to it because the normal Omnitrix doesn't work that way. But since it seems the system is one of those that, if the mc avoid shit himself when fart, gives the protagonist total freedom with Alien X, then surely the system will take care of it.
