I’m pretty sure his injury was to the chest. I remember Ned Stark pulling down the blanket and seeing a wound in the thoracic region.
Hey Author, I’m curious how you plan to handle Robert’s injuries. In the novel, the attack ripped him open from the groin to the chest, leaving his organs spilling out. To start my first concern would be airway and breathing. Since the injury extends into the chest, I’d be worried about pneumothorax, hemothorax, hemopneumothorax, or flail chest. Since he was struck in the chest If the diaphragm was damaged, that could further compromise his ventilation. Because he was knocked off his feet, there’s a high chance he suffered a cervical spine injury. In a worst-case scenario, damage to the C3–C5 levels could impair diaphragm function and respiratory drive. Next would be circulation. An injury this severe would likely resulted in massive hemorrhaging placing him at high risk for hypovolemic shock. Since Robert had been drinking beforehand, the alcohol definitely complicates management by worsening hypotension, affecting coagulation, and making neurological assessment more difficult. The abdominal evisceration alone means it’s a surgical emergency. The foul odor mentioned in the scene suggests there is likely wound contamination and infection. With exposed abdominal contents, sepsis and eventually septic shock are possible outcomes. If the smell isn’t coming from infection, then I would suspect his intsetines are damaged which could mean bowel perforations, and possibly intestinal transections. Also how will you get his baseline vitals like blood pressure and SpO2?
Could you tell us the name of the the MTL?
The author honestly has to be deleting reviews. The story opens with the ROB telling the MC he’s being reincarnated into Danmachi, but for some reason his “powers” are going to be restricted even though he doesn’t really have any to begin with, which already felt pointless. Then by chapter three, the MC walks up to Loki and Riveria, says he wants to join their Familia, casually reveals he’s a rare high human from another world, and mentions he practiced a little martial arts as a hobby in his past life. Somehow, despite reincarnating less than an hour ago and not even having Falna, he defeats a seasoned Level 2 adventurer right in front of Loki. I genuinely can’t understand how a completely normal person with amateur martial arts experience is suddenly strong enough to beat an experienced adventurer.
What’s the title of the raw? You need to credit the original work.
Interesting concept but the writing reeks heavily of Ai. If you don’t believe me check out chapter one.
The writing quality makes this story almost impossible to read, I can’t tell when the Mc is talking or thinking. The Mc acts like a total insufferable fool, blurting out the most random things. It’s like he’s trying too hard to be funny but it comes off as cringe.
Whoa relax, I did not nerf Reinhard, you need to rewatch Re: Zero. Reinhard is the strongest but that doesn’t mean he can solo everything. If you complaining why he couldn’t save All Might, rewatch the first episodes. Recall how Reinhard wasn’t able to save Subaru from Elsa’s attack in the loot house.
