RodresuXcameloT2yrCommented1st season of the anime only. Uh-Huh. I'm sorry to say this but, 1st Season of DxD had a rather normal shounen theme. Issei wasn't powered up by boobs then (to a point), but rather actual genuine shounen power ups of saving or whatnot. Neither were beings capable of flicking the universe away were introduced in the 1st season. In fact, the only thing he would actually know would be Devils, Angels, Fallen Angels, Sacred Gear, Four Satans and Peerage battles. Anything else is 2nd season above. I'd stick around to see how his Thor goes.

That would be stupid, HP universe would be extremely troubled with Polygamy as for example a great wizard could spread his influence way too much by just marrying and impregnating other women of pure blood, they could have sons in many different positions and power would be all over the place in a chaotic mess. As others would do the same. Monogamy is key for the wizards as it makes a simple and one track way down to the generation as the old ones can guide the new ones much much better than if they had sons from different many mothers even. Sometimes, harem peeps don't really think at all.

Although they are annoying, these Karen's actually helped integrate the new citizens more than they know. No matter what world or time period you're in, everyone hates a Karen. When most would see these people making a fool of themselves while arguing about 'creatures in the market', they would look at them like annoyances and go the other way. Issei as a Human/Devil HAD a limit. Issei after reviving and getting part of Great Red in him making him Dragon God/Devil has theoretically no limit. (For plot reasons he never takes advantage of his broken limiter) So, while it will take a bit of time, once he reaches half of Goku's power one more boost and he's as strong as Goku as the Boost goes like this [ 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32] and so on. He could also [Divide] Goku's strength and take half for himself, which would be a shortcut to my latter explanation. So, bottomline? Yes, Issei can be as strong as Goku if they are both in Character. But, bloodlusted? Issei ded.
