There is a crossover manga of naruto and dragon ball z called dragon ball shippuden BASE GOKU is at 10 000 000 BATTLE POWER yet he fought GAI and KAKASHI and HISASH AT THE SAME TIME AND WIN when they are supposedly at S CLASS LEVEL in your own words they are at 500 000 000 - 700 000 000 BATTLE POWER which are completely to far apart when you compared to you power scaling..
