Thanks for commenting on this. Just like most people on this platform, I have read a lot of books; including overgeared. There was one major idea in overgeared that fascinated me. The mc’s(Grid’s) ability to create anything that he could properly desgin. It made for an entertaining read for anyone like myself to theorize what cool creations he would think of. But sadly the author chose not to go beyond the bounds of blacksmithing unless it involved a paticular special mineral. I found myself reading a lot of creation novels after that and those eventually lead to the creation of this story. I don’t intend to have anyone think this is a knockoff of another story. But as I continue to write, I hope you can find the originality in my work.
