Extremis would be useless to him. His nanomachines already do a better job. Adamantium would slowly poison him unless he constantly dedicated some of his nanomachines to get rid of the poison build up. Vibranium is a decent shout, it's just hard to get. Same goes with Uru. Sneaking into either SHIELD or Wakanda isn't an easy task, even with his cheat-y nanomachine powers.

No. His nanomachines are able to edit his body and manipulate certain things but they can't be used to make massive arms or wings or whatever. You'd need an absurd amount of nanomachines to make something like that - much more than trillions of them, that's for sure.
