Thragg is like a mutant to his race tbh, he's not a "normal" viltrumite.

it's depends from individual to individual, some are gifted to grow better than others in strength, and some are not. Conquest was a normal viltrumite. What makes him strong is his personality (he's a battle junky), making him get into fight more than most viltrumites and grow stronger from these fights. Also Thragg, he was not gifted naturally. He was made to be strong (idk exactly how maybe selective breeding) and trained from a young. But age is an important factor for strength cause most viltrumites are not battle junkies who fight everyday n grow stronger or are born n raised to be a dominating presence of strength, so they rely on aging naturally to increase their strength knowing that even if they train like crazy or fight constantly they won't grow strong like Thragg or Mark. Think of it like us humans having different bodies like big bones, small bones, fast metabolism, slow muscle regeneration, etc. we can't all have body builder physique.
