How come they don't ask Abi for help? To take away Zeres' immortality like she did with Dinah? And maybe transfer it to someone else..

How come they couldn't just ask Abi for help since she can take away Zeres' immortality like she did with Dinah? And then transfer the immortal dragon blood to someone else?
