The fact that u consider air manipulation normal is your problem because I don't, because if one man had that power in this society u won't call it normal anymore. Well it's more like a shield of barrier where at that point no oxygen is allowed to pass through but it doesn't affect the others as it's a shield not some barrier blocking the flow of oxygen at least that's the logic. Doesn't make sense but well its's a fanfic not much makes sense
