I love how he perceives Daemon really🤔. Daemon is definitely the biggest threat in the Blacks, and I agree on the idea that Daemon’s influence to Rhaenyra is massive. Daemon hates Otto Hightower to the bone for steaking Viserys’ attention from him. Since he hoped to be his Hand and how Otto always contradicts Daemon’s ‘Targaryen Ways’ and always try to divide him and Viserys. So naturally, he sees Aegon and his siblings as Hightowers not Targaryens. He already made up his mind on killing them or going to war with them. I love how Aegon wants Daemon out (dead) because he’s way to dangerous to be left alive really. Blood and Cheese proved this. Hope Aegon succeeds in his plans without losing any of his siblings and children pleasee🥹🙈🙏

Rhaenys’ relucatance to accept Aegon’s crowning is a bit biased in my opinion (sorry😭 nonetheless I love Rhaenys, she’s literally the Queen who should’ve been). First, I think as a woman who experienced the same (being heir) with Rhaenyra, it’s more like she wants to see a woman sitting on the iron throne because its the very thing that she wanted with herself, as a woman as well. Rhaenys had experience and went to lots of studying being Aemon’s heir in the past. I think she is smart enough to know or see if Rhaenyra can be a good queen (which Rhaenyra did not show as heir she was only able to keep her title because of Viserys). Second, I don’t get how she still supported Rhaenyra knowing they had a hand in Laenor’s death and she married Daemon just after Laena’s funeral. It’s a total disrespect and unacceptable for me and it did not fit her character to accept it😭. Third, when Viserys was urged by the council to take a new wife, she said it herself that the men of the realm would not accept a female ruler🙈. The same thing before when Viserys proposed Laenor to marry Rhaenyra, she said the realm would not accept her position as heir as there is a true born son which is Aegon🙈😓. She KNOWS it🙈 she’s extremely smart and family oriented (what happened to Laena and Laenor) but I guess it’s also because she took an oath and Viserys had 20 years to name Aegon heir so yah🙈🫠 Btw, thank you so much for updating author🥹. I thought it will take more than 1 week for the new chapter to come out🥹🙈. Hoping for more please🥰🙏

I’m more of curious of the outcome of Daeron and Aemond securing alliances because it will be so different from the happenings in the Dance. Also I hope Aemond does not marry a Dornish princess that will require him to stay in Dorne😓🥹 because that will mean he will leave his family and won’t Dorne gain access to Dragons?🤔🙂‍↔️ I hope not, this will have a major threat in the future generations😭, hope it won’t happen🙏🥹. I knew it😓, Rhaenyra and especially Daemon will only think that Aegon stole and usurped the throne. Rhaenyra did not even consider it to be true because I think she is too blinded about her ascent to throne😶‍🌫️. I thought she will atleast consider it, after all she and Aegon were close as siblings🤧. She is too blind but can’t really blame her 🤧 Viserys had 20+ years to name Aegon his heir officially but he did not. For me, he should have made it public not just a secret will🤧, because its authenticity will always get denied by the Blacks🫠 Btw, thank you so much for the chapter🥰.

Good chapter🥰. Hearing Cregan pledging the North’s support to Aegon’s cause was 🤩. Based on the book, Fire and Blood, The North is one of the biggest support of Rhaenyra. The reason how Aegon III managed to sit on the throne🤧. Curious how will Aegon convince Rhaenyra for the upcoming chapters🤔. And to be honest, even without Viserys’ will, in my opinion Aegon II is the rightful heir based on the laws of inheritance and traditions, the same way how the previous kings were crowned, especially Viserys😶‍🌫️, he was the male claimant over a female claimant which is Rhaenys🤧

I really don’t like how Otto wants to take control in everything, I can already see him trying to control Aegon but obviously it won’t work🤧😂 he’ll most likely get fired once he becomes King😶‍🌫️. But the council is right, Rhaenyra and Daemon will never bend the knee😥. They are too prideful for that especially Daemon. I hope Rhaenys will be convinced for Aegon’s crowning, after all the Strong boys are really not her grandsons which she and everyone knows.🥹 I really hope 🙏🥹 there will also be scenes where Rhaenyra will know the consequences of her actions like birtthing bastards, having Laenor killed, asking Aemond to be tortured back when he lost his eye (I don’t know if you followed these scenes from the book/series),etc. Thank you for the chapter😊. I like how Aegon went straight to the point about the inevitable dance because come on even in the actual book and show I do agree that just by simply existing, Aegon and his brothers are a threat to Rhaenyra’s position as the heir. The laws of inheritance in Westeros states that male claimaints comes first before females like sons before daughters. It’s the way it’s always been, even before Viserys’ reign. The SAME way how he became king over Rhaenys (well they did a Great Council 101 but still the outcome was obvious because the lords of the realm would always want a male monarch over a female monarch). Even before that his father Baelon ‘The Brave’ Targaryen became Prince of Dragonstone over Rhaenys because of that. It was hypocritical for Viserys to name a female heir over his male heir😤😤🫠🫠 Second thing, Rhaenyra will be fighting against a BROTHER. Not a male cousin, nephew, uncle,etc. It came from a direct lineage, so her position as heir came crumbling down as soon as Aegon is born🤧🤧. In my opinion, the iron throne is Aegon’s by all rights and even if he fights for his birthright it’s understandable. Because it’s more on survival than greed for power. He’s the number 1 rival claimant of the crown, if Rhaenyra comes into power, she may not kill Aegon and his siblings directly but there will be supporters of her who will since that’s the only way to secure her reign😓😓
