Re: Zero and Mushoku don't really justify a higher tier, and while Genshin does if you consider the vague cosmology about the primordial one and what not, but I’m not really… plus this is more so for organizition, it’s not like I’m gonna dumb down a character or something like that.

That’s only one of the pikachu variants since every region Is different in a weird way, but even if we take all that into account Pikachu has been proven to be faster than light, so Allmight has no chances anyway.

I can, but using what the stories have given us, these world are low tier, and low tier is not a bad thing or matter too much, I’m still going to represent all these worlds as strong in their own right, this is more so for the sake of organization.

I’m not talking about just normal Pokémon if we count things like dinamax and other special power, they can take Allmight on, plus Pikachu itself is abnormal Pokémon show to be capable of going up against legendaries multiple times.
