He still thinks that due to being an Abate, he is untouchable and no one would want a piece of him. Quinn doesn't have jurisdiction and his morals are quite loose towards people who hurt him and the one's he loves. Looks like little Dolion here is going to end up a puppet himself as Quinn would rob their family blind.

This fic in my opinion is your best and amongst the best the ASOIAF Fanfiction community can offer. I was throughly enjoying this when you were updating regularly and was heartbroken when you disappeared. Your reappearance gives me hope and I pray that you get alright soon and find your muse to complete this fantastic story. There is no downside to this story, you've earned every star from me.

He has also established that scummy tendency before to his advantage, so this probably a fantastic idea to create his own powerbase and seperate himself from his father while making himself legitimate in the eyes of Westeros. Probably fight for Robert to more power under him, maybe Master of Coin taking away Petyr's power base once and for all.
