Would be interesting if this story has it so Damien isn't going to save the Universe. Instead, he is going to become the governing body of the next continuation of existence within his own Universe, becoming the laws that govern The Sanctuary and all worlds that eventually reside within.

These distances bother me a lot. That is close to the size of Earth, but earlier, Damien mentioned how unfortunate it was he was limited to such a small area. He also often puts something like 10,000 km between him. An entire planet's worth of space.But the Death Star is 'isolated' with nothing around for several million km... The moon is a quarter of a million km away, Venus is something like 60 million, which is more than several, and Mars is 225 million. Several million isn't isolated, it is in the neighbourhood. It feels like the distances are not at all understood properly, or just how big/small these measurements are.
