Nah if you looked over the angels of Fate you would screaming in fear. After Isseis success and the knowledge about Big G death in DXD universe with no one to limit the sacred gear it was a nightmare which pushed Mitsuya to make a human only organization. Big G was right to give Longinus to humans whoever told he was an idiot like other supernatural was wrong. Big G knew with so much supernatural dominating human society they would try to enslave them if he did not make those God killing weapons. There was a seperate chapter of True Longinus and other holy relics bought together and how the Will of Big G told his recounting of how he was defeated and why he created the sacred gears. Big G knew ExE before anyone but for some manipulation of fates and messing of Lucifers Ten crowns transforming it to Trihexia he was taken out before anything could leak. It was mainly to end supernatural or known as Ragnarok.
