Can he fight the Ancient Ones now (if needed)? Did Ray fight and beat Celeston or lose and get imprisoned? Does Logan create an AI mind and start the world to awesome robot future (whether that is good or bad)? Did Quinn become a Celestial again, or is he only similar to the other Demon Gods but is still a Godslayer? Or is he now a mixture of both?

Hey friend.. I think I remember someone mentioning that Immortui got some of his powers in certain ways (being vague on purpose), so it is not actually his original power or ability. Thus, it continued to work and kill Sil's mutated cells that store his ability in it.
