thank you, this really helped with my shifting, I even almost shifted with one of the methods and it helped me understand the LiFA app better. I recommend trying the piano method. I really liked this but some parts in some of the methods weren't very clear and I got kind of lost and I was confused on what I was supposed to do next. But I still really liked it though
