Try not to make each character talk extremely formal unless the situation calls for it. I have seen some novels where actual street thugs talk like they are royalty. Keep character grounded. Give them individual characteristics only they use throughout the novel.

If I need to remember a niece piece of information that wont come up for a while, I store it in the notepad app. Other than that, I mainly just remember things. I have a good grasp of where everything in the novel is as well so if I need to remember something, I can just go back to said chapter easily

Tis not a true anti Psionic weapon like the one Apollo was attacked with. the stick, the fire not included, only causes minor Psionic dampening affect. Which is why is works so well against the hive as it cuts out the link for a second, which does not feel good. against an Domain that is drawing in pretty much infinite Psionic energy, the stick cannot do much
