Honestly, the best written fanfic of Honkai Impact I have seen on this site/app. Kiana's characterization was done absolutely wonderful. The author writes characters very, very well. You can tell based on how he writes his Main Character, Daniel. Daniel actually has a personality and is not just a cardboard. He is consistent in his thoughts and we can relate pretty well. Kiana's character is written with consistency as well, very close, if not the same, to how she is in the game. The author really put his efforts into writing this. The concept is also extremely interesting, and there is a lot of potential plots in the future to explore. I love Daniel's interactions with the other characters as well. And, of course, the best part is the fluffs and the sugar that goes into this fic. Kiana's and Daniel's relationship is amazing to read, the interest feels real and not forced, the romantic build up is suspenseful and also just as sweet as real life. This is amazing.

Not really... it's just Eastern culture that theyr're like that. Sure, I understand if you ship them, but to the point where you delude yourself into thinking it's canon is just unhealthy, especially when it's just not true. Kiana has moments with Mei, I agree, but if you look at them from an unbiased perspective, then they don't really confirm anything - if anything it just proves my point as Chinese girls, especially teens in school, act exactly like this. It is a norm, and I can guarantee you every single one of the girls in China that acts like this is straight, since we're not talking about the west...
