I held three matte-black beads in the palm of my hands, I refer to them as [Entrapment Beads], which were based on some old Pokeball Blueprints I found in the wiki.

The nanobots don't add anything new, they just let her keep the Gynoid form while transforming a body part into a weapon. The cannon with treads thing shows up in Ep 3 'Doom With A View'
The smoke cleared, revealing a confidant Jenny, well… other than the massive cannon on treads that her legs shifted to with help from the modified Nanobots.
