Jeff the Killer, Jeffrey Alan Woods or just Jeff, Jeff and his family had to move to a new neighborhood, his father had gotten a job promotion and they thought it would be better to move into one of those "fancy" neighborhoods. Jeff and his brother Liu couldn't complain. As they were unpacking, one of their neighbors came over. "Hi," greeted the neighbor, "I'm Barbara, and I live right down the street from you. I will start from the beginning, both Ben and I were the same age and I am currently 24 years old while he died at 13.
