Thats a crazy ratio, 1 in every 30 is a jonin? Id even say not even 1 in every chunin in konoha is promoted to jonin. 1 in 30 in general is hella unrealistic even if you consider the lower requirements for jonin in smaller villages. Jonin are said to be the mainstay of a village and 10 in total for an unmentioned village in the original (the tea country village wasnt mentioned in the show) is ludicrous
With a population that just barely passes the 300, the village has very few ninja to protect their peace even more so those that reach the jonin level. When writin the names there are 2 options, choose the normal name (eg lu bu) the given name (eg lu fengxian) or combine (eg lu bu fengxian) but dont write the surname twice
