When I started this chapter I wanted to have Diagon Alley be a much more involved experience but it felt very empty when the chapter was just like a carbon copy of either the books themselves or novels on this very site so instead I focused on getting the most meaningful moments written and then moving on

1) He's #1 Rule is to try and avoid getting involved with the Golden Trio as much as he possibly can however this is subject to change as much as any situation is. 2)Cleaning the sorting hat always just seemed kind of disrespectful to me so no he won't be doing that and for the most part he is an introvert so he'll avoid giving any form of speech. 3) To address Gary Sue, I'd say no one is perfect and as far as intelligence goes the character can only be as intelligent as the writer and I'm no genius. 4) As far as making enemies he won't be picking fights with anyone unless provoked for long enough. For the time being. 5) Finally as far as his alignment goes it's subject to change depending on what happens to him but as he is now I'd say he's True Neutral
