I have an issue with the witholdment of pay. from the names, it seems that the characters r in the West. in this case, the "boss" does not control the pay. that process is automated and if there is witholdment at a large scale then it's a class action lawsuit. maybe this was possible 70-80 years ago but the presence of cellphone indicates this is not the case. this scenario is not plausible
