My reading style: I always try to give the author and characters the benefit of the doubt. (To a certain extent) I can enjoy tons of novels but can’t get into it if the grammar is too far gone.

Quintessential OP MC book for the most part. However, be ready for: a decent amount of Chinese(“Starfall Nation”) nationalism and supremacy. Quite a bit of anti-Japan(“Sunrise Nation”) discrimination. And a pretty large amount of anti-U.S(“Eagle Federation”) content as well(though for this one I can’t actually call the part of the storyline completely unfounded given the current state of things).
